Simply browse to the product you are interested in purchasing, select the color option (if applicable) and add the item to the shopping cart. If you have more than one item, simply browse to the next product and continue to add items to your cart until you are ready to complete the checkout.

It is important for you to check this email to ensure there are no mistakes with your name, address, or items being ordered.
Our warehouse will physically locate the goods and have them ready for pickup by our shipping carrier (FedEx in most cases)
Please note that it often takes 24 hours for the tracking number to register with the carrier. If you do not see updated information after 24 hours, please contact us.

While we try to maintain as many items in stock as possible, some products may require a custom order. This means that these products are only manufactured when we receive an order for them.
Products marked as custom orders require a 50% deposit and up to 8 to 12 weeks to produce and receive. A custom order is also non-returnable.
Orders can be cancelled with no cancellation fees or charges as long as the order has not shipped. If your order has shipped, please refer to our exchange policy here.
