Delivery at Time

Shipping Times

We generally ship your order the same or the next business day. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so that you can more accurately check the delivery date. In general, you can expect delivery within 3 to 4 business days from when you order is placed.

Shipment Methods

We almost always ship via FedEx. Occasionally we may use another carrier. Either way, when your order ships you are notified of the tracking number and the carrier.

Fedex Ground

FedEx Ground Shipments typically do not require a signature. If the customer is not at home to accept the delivery, the product will be left at the shipping address if the carrier deems it safe to do so. Because we always supply our customers with the tracking number, we are not responsible for stolen or unclaimed package charges. Truck Freight / Curbside shipments will require a signature, but the carrier will schedule a convenient time with the customer so they can be prepared to accept the shipment.

Curbside Delivery

If the product has a {} symbol on the product page, it means your item is too large to ship ground, and will instead ship via fedex truck freight. This means, the carrier will call you prior to delivery to book a delivery appointment and they will only bring the product to the “curb”. The appointment is scheduled so that you can make arrangements for someone to help you bring the furniture inside. A signature is required upon delivery.

*We do not offer "white glove" or "inside delivery" with our shipments. Please arrange for appropriate assistance prior to delivery.

LTL (Truck) Shipments are curbside delivery only.

Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible.

Please note that if you are not available for a delivery appointment or the carrier cannot contact you, the order will be held for you for several days, and there may be a charge for this service. If an alternate delivery date is not set-up by the customer in a timely manner, the order will be returned to us for credit under our Return Policy.

Guaranteed Damage-Free Delivery

We package our products to withstand shipping damages. In the extremely unlikely event a product arrives damaged, just call us. Our packages are insured against damage, so we normally just send out a replacement free of charge.
